It takes him precisely 1:13 to walk to the ramp and then exactly 22 seconds to walk down it, per Helter Skelter author Vince Bugliosi in Reclaiming History…Bugliosi arguing that there could not possibly be a conspiracy attached to such a chance occurrence…the same logic being attached to the last minute parade route change which takes Kennedy right under the Texas School Book Depository where Oswald works…
